A receptionist that never puts anyone on hold.

One AI agent across every way customers reach you — the phone, SMS, your website chat, and WhatsApp. It answers day and night, books appointments, quotes your prices, qualifies the lead, and hands over to your staff the moment it can't help. Customers always know it's an AI, and can always reach a person.

The calls you never hear about

  • After 5pm, your phone still rings. The caller gets voicemail, hangs up, and calls the next name on the list. You never find out they existed.
  • During the busy hours, it rings while everyone's occupied — mid-procedure, mid-consult, mid-job. The front desk can take one call at a time; the second caller waits for no one.
  • At lunch, on leave, on the school run — a small team can't staff a phone line twelve hours a day. So the line goes quiet exactly when customers are free to call.
  • Every missed call is a customer who was ready to talk. They dialled. That's the warmest a lead ever gets — and it's the moment most businesses lose them.

What we build

  • A voice agent on your existing number — callers dial the number they already know. The agent answers within two rings, introduces itself as your AI assistant, and announces the call is recorded.
  • A call flow scripted for your business — your services, your hours, your prices, your directions. It answers from facts you approve, not the open internet.
  • Appointment booking with SMS confirmations — the caller leaves with a time slot and a text in their pocket. On Professional and up, bookings land directly in your CRM or scheduler.
  • Handoff rules you control — anything complex, sensitive, or simply "I want a person" transfers to staff during hours, or takes a message with a guaranteed follow-up after hours.
  • A dashboard with every call — recordings, transcripts, and outcomes, so you can hear exactly how your line is being answered.

Every channel, one assistant

Same brain. Four front doors.

Most customers would rather text than call, and website questions land at 9pm when nobody's at a desk. You maintain one knowledge base; it answers everywhere, in the same voice, with the same facts.

i

Phone

Answers your existing number within two rings, books the slot, and transfers to staff when a person is genuinely needed.

ii

SMS

Customers text the number they already have for you. It also runs the follow-up sequence you never have time for — until the lead replies or asks to stop.

iii

Web chat

A widget on your site fielding the buying questions — what you do, what it costs, when you can fit them in — at the hour they actually get asked.

iv

WhatsApp

Official WhatsApp Business API: Meta approval, number registration and webhooks, handled end to end.

Lead qualification comes as standard. Name, need, budget, timeline — captured before anyone on your team has to reply, on whichever channel the customer chose.

And the answers go where you work. Qualified leads land in your CRM, a sheet, or your inbox automatically through n8n automations, with the full transcript attached so nobody repeats themselves.

Who it's for

i

Practices

Dental and medical front desks where the phone rings hardest exactly when staff can't answer it. Dental

ii

Law firms

Intake calls arrive once, and go to whoever answers. The agent captures the matter and books the consult. Law firms

iii

Home services

Plumbers, electricians, HVAC — you're on a job, the next job is calling. Home services

iv

Salons & local business

Bookings, cancellations, "are you open today?" — handled without pulling anyone off a client. Salons & spas

How it works

i

Scope

We map what your callers actually ask, what the agent may answer, and what always goes to a human. You approve the script.

ii

Build

We tune the voice, connect your number, and wire booking into your calendar or CRM. Custom work, not a template — that's what the setup fee buys.

iii

Test

We call it. Repeatedly, adversarially, in both quiet and rush conditions — before a single customer ever reaches it.

iv

Launch & tune

It goes live on your line. We review the first weeks of recordings with you and tighten the flow where real calls demand it.

Minutes beyond your plan bill at a flat per-minute rate, stated on your order form before you sign. 3-month minimum, then month to month. Prices in USD, billed in USD. Full pricing and terms — or compare it to the alternative: a front-desk hire runs $2,500–3,500 a month, works business hours, and takes one call at a time. Wondering what AI answering service pricing looks like across the market? We compared the published prices of Rosie, Goodcall, Ruby and Smith.ai against ours.

What it will not do

The agent handles appointments, hours, pricing, location and directions. It does not give medical or legal advice — anything clinical or case-specific routes to a human, every time, by rule. That boundary is written into the call flow, not left to the model's judgement. It's the first question every doctor and lawyer asks us, and the answer is built in.

Sites an AI receptionist could plug into

The same call flow discipline, built into a site.

Six of the concept website designs from our web development work — the phone line, SMS, web chat and WhatsApp assistant all answer from the same knowledge base a site like these would publish.

These are unbuilt concepts, not client work. Nobody commissioned them and no business named here is a customer. They're shown here to illustrate the kind of site an AI receptionist plugs into, not as receptionist deployments themselves.

Questions

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

Yes. The agent introduces itself as your AI assistant and announces that calls are recorded. It never pretends to be human — and any caller who wants a person is routed to one immediately.

What happens when it can't help?

It transfers to your staff during business hours, or takes a message and confirms by SMS after hours. Clinical, legal, and case-specific questions never get an AI answer — they route to a human by rule.

What happens if we exceed the included minutes?

Overage minutes bill at the flat per-minute rate on your order form. Calls never stop being answered.

Do we keep our phone number?

Yes. The agent answers the line you already advertise — no number changes, no call forwarding gymnastics for your customers.

How long until it's live?

Kickoff within 3 business days of signing; most lines are live in two to three weeks. The time goes into scripting, voice tuning, and adversarial testing — not queueing. Where WhatsApp is included, Meta's approval of the Business API is usually the longest step, and we handle that process for you.

Does it work on WhatsApp and my website too?

Yes. One assistant runs across your phone line, SMS, a chat widget on your site, and the official WhatsApp Business API. Same knowledge, same tone, one place to update it — customers reach you however they prefer, and you maintain it once.

Will the assistant make things up?

No. It is scoped to information you approve — your services, prices, hours, and policies. When it doesn't know something it says so and hands the conversation to a human, rather than guessing.

Can it take payments?

On the Practice tier it sends secure payment links inside the conversation and tracks order status. It never handles card numbers directly in chat.

Does it book into the scheduler we already use?

On the Professional and Practice plans, yes — we integrate with your existing CRM or scheduling system so bookings land where your team already works.

How is this different from a virtual receptionist or answering service?

A virtual receptionist or traditional answering service routes your calls to a live human, usually during limited hours and billed per minute. This is an AI receptionist — it answers instantly, 24/7, across phone, SMS, web chat and WhatsApp, at a flat monthly rate, and hands off to your own staff the moment a call needs a person.

How much does an AI receptionist cost?

Setup runs $399 to $1,500 depending on tier, then $199 to $749 a month covering minutes, features and support — see the three plans above. For comparison, a front-desk hire alone runs $2,500–3,500 a month before benefits, and only covers one shift a day.

Is an AI receptionist actually worth it for a small business?

For most of the businesses we build for, yes — the math is straightforward. Every missed call after hours, during lunch, or during a busy shift is a customer who was ready to talk. If your average job or booking is worth more than a few months of the plan cost, one recovered customer can pay for the service many times over. It's less clear-cut if your phone rarely rings, or if most of your calls need a genuinely human, judgement-heavy conversation — which the agent is built to hand off, not fake its way through.

Is it safe to use for a medical or dental practice — is it HIPAA compliant?

We don't publish a HIPAA compliance certification for this service. What is built in, by rule rather than by the model's judgement: the agent handles appointments, hours, pricing and directions only — it never gives medical or legal advice and never discusses a patient's case or record. If your practice needs a signed BAA or a certified HIPAA-compliant call flow, tell us during scoping and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet that bar before you sign.

What happens if the AI mishears or misunderstands a caller?

It doesn't guess. The same handoff rules apply as when it can't help: during business hours the call goes to your staff, after hours it takes a message with an SMS confirmation. We test every call flow adversarially, in quiet and rush conditions, before it ever answers a real customer, specifically to catch these gaps early.

Is there a contract, or can we cancel any time?

Plans run on a 3-month minimum, then month to month after that. There's no long lock-in past the initial quarter — full terms are on the pricing page.

Does it follow up with leads automatically, or just answer calls?

Yes, on SMS — it runs the follow-up sequence you never have time for, texting a lead until they reply or ask to stop. Qualified leads also land automatically in your CRM, a sheet, or your inbox through n8n automations, so your team can follow up too.

What does the setup fee actually pay for?

The custom build: scripting your call flow around your actual services and hours, tuning the voice, connecting your number, wiring booking into your calendar or CRM, then testing it adversarially before launch. It isn't a template being reskinned — the fee goes into work scoped to your business.

Can we test the call flow before it starts talking to real customers?

Yes — that's the Test stage in our process. We call it ourselves, repeatedly and adversarially, in both quiet and rush conditions, before a single customer ever reaches it. You also review and approve the script during scoping, before build begins.
