Refer a client, or resell our work.
Two ways to work with us: send a lead and earn a commission once we're paid, or buy our builds at a discount and resell them under your own invoice. Terms are set per partner, in writing, before anything starts.
Two ways in
Referrer
You introduce a client. We scope, build, and invoice them directly. Once that invoice is actually paid, we owe you a commission — no chasing, no invoicing them yourself.
Reseller
You buy at a discount and invoice the end client under your own name. We never touch that relationship or that money — you run the client, we build what you sold them.
How commission works
- 30% default, negotiated per partner. The starting rate on a referred deal's first invoice — yours may differ once we talk specifics.
- Calculated on the net fee — the invoice total minus pass-through costs like third-party APIs, hosting, and payment processing fees, not the gross amount.
- Earned only when payment is received. A signed agreement or a sent invoice doesn't trigger it — the money actually landing does.
- 30-day clawback window. If a deal is refunded or charged back within 30 days of payment, the commission reverses against your next payout.
- Recurring retainers earn a separate, lower rate for a capped number of months, set per partner.
Attribution
Every partner gets a unique referral link. Whoever clicks it gets a 60-day window in which you're credited as the source, first-touch — the first partner link someone clicks is the one that counts, even if they click another later. If someone you refer already has an open enquiry with us, we'll flag it and sort out attribution by hand rather than guess.
Questions
What's the difference between a reseller and a referrer?
+
A reseller buys at a discount and invoices the end client directly themselves — we never touch that money. A referrer sends us a lead; we invoice the client, and we owe the referrer a commission once we're paid.
When does commission actually get paid?
+
Only once the client's payment is marked received — never on signature, and never just because an invoice went out. There's also a 30-day window after that: if the deal is refunded or charged back within 30 days, the commission reverses.
Is 30% commission fixed?
+
30% is the default starting rate on the first invoice, but every partner's rate is set individually and can be negotiated. Recurring retainers earn a separate, lower rate for a capped number of months.
How does attribution work if I refer someone?
+
You get a unique referral link. Whoever clicks it gets a 60-day window where you're credited as the source if they become a client, on a first-touch basis.
