The problem

Enquiries arrive at all hours, from every time zone, and most start with the same questions — what do you build, what does it cost, how fast. Answering each one by hand meant slow first replies, and slow first replies lose leads to whoever answered first.

We needed the first reply to be instant, useful, and honest about being an AI — without a human on call at 3 a.m.

What we built

An assistant on our own number. Gemini generates the replies, the WhatsApp Business API carries them, and n8n orchestrates the flow between them — routing, logging, and escalation.

It qualifies, not just chats. The assistant asks what a human would ask first: what are you building, for whom, on what timeline. By the time a person picks up the thread, the brief already exists.

It knows when to stop. Quotes and commitments always come from a human. The assistant prepares the scope and hands off — it doesn't promise what it can't deliver.
