Every project starts with a written proposal. We confirm your requirements, deliverables, timeline and agreed fee before asking you to commit. Payment instructions are shared privately with your project agreement; this page does not take payment.
How it works
- Send your brief and preferred package. We confirm the client details, deliverables, exclusions, timeline and price.
- Review your written proposal and agreement, including milestone amounts, recurring charges, third-party costs and cancellation terms.
- Confirm the agreement and payment schedule. Work starts when the agreed kickoff conditions are met.
- Review working previews and agreed milestones. Final ownership and access transfer according to the signed agreement and payment terms.
We confirm the payment method and recipient in writing before you pay. If instructions change, verify them through our published WhatsApp number or business email. Do not send card details or account passwords through our enquiry form.

Confidentiality and data-processing terms are added where the project requires them. Referral and reseller arrangements are agreed separately through our partner programme.
Before you commit
We confirm revision limits, content responsibilities, third-party subscriptions, hosting renewals, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, defect-support period and cancellation terms in writing. Changes to the scope require agreement on cost and timing before implementation.
Your signed project agreement identifies the contracting party and controls the engagement. Read our terms, refund policy and privacy notice alongside it. Sending a request does not reserve work or activate recurring billing.
